Capabilities
What InfraMonitor delivers
Every component - from sensor node firmware to the cloud analytics layer - is developed in-house, giving full control over data quality, security and feature development.
Continuous acquisition
24/7 vibration, strain and displacement data at sampling rates up to 1 kHz. Configurable alert thresholds with automated SMS and email notifications when structural behaviour deviates from baseline.
Sensor network design
Customised sensor placement based on modal analysis and influence line studies. Accelerometers, strain gauges, tiltmeters and GNSS displacement receivers supported in a unified node hardware platform.
Cloud analytics dashboard
Browser-based monitoring interface with live time-history plots, frequency spectra, trend analysis and automated periodic condition reports. Accessible from any device without requiring specialist software installation.
ML anomaly detection
Machine learning baseline tracking identifies deviations in structural dynamic behaviour. Modal frequency drift, unexpected strain events and unusual response patterns are flagged for engineering review.
Edge processing
On-node FFT and statistical preprocessing reduces data transmission volume by over 80%. Edge nodes perform local analysis and only transmit compressed summaries and flagged events to the cloud.
Condition reports
Automated monthly and quarterly structural condition summaries with trend analysis, flagged events and engineering recommendations — suitable for submission to infrastructure owners and regulatory bodies.
